Making Representations: At its meeting on 24 May 2012, the committee asked to review whether the council could use its discretion to allow the housing allocation policy to give greater priority to people in work or looking for work that contributed to the community, and to armed forces personnel.
Reason No Public Access: To act as a consultee to the process following the Cabinet member's report (which will outline changes to the policy and a risk assessment). To consider the new code of guidance or revised statute once published, and to advise Cabinet accordingly.
