To delegate authority to the head of service with responsibility for leisure in consultation with the cabinet member for leisure, to agree variations to the Faithful+Gould (F+G) contract. This includes any future sub-consultant appointments by F+G, required for the project, within the approved capital budget constraints and to agree  ancillary documents for the Wessex leisure centre project.
