To authorise the head of service with responsibility for leisure, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Faithful+Gould delivery agreement, to authorise Faithful+Gould to appoint Saunders Boston as the Lead Consultant for the design sub-contractor to provide the design services for the Wessex leisure centre project.
