To authorise the head of economy, leisure and property, as provided for in contracts procedure rule 99(a) and in accordance with the terms and conditions of ESPO frameworkcontract 345 fitness equipment, to enter into a draw down contract with Technogym to replace the gym equipment and provide additional gym equipment at the White Horse Leisure and Tennis Centre.
