To approve a virement of budget amounting to £30,000 between contingency and cost centre CG21/4054. This is to create a new budget to the recipient cost centre to provide sufficient funding for consultancy fees that benefits the council by ensuring that the community facilities provided at Great Western Park will be designed and built to an acceptable standard for the council to adopt on completion.
