Agree residential and non-residential Community Infrastructure Levy rates for inclusion in a Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule and publish the Community Infrastructure Levy rates for inclusion in a Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule and supporting documents for public consultation:

  1. the Draft Regulation 123 list
  2. the Infrastructure Funding Assessment
  3. the Draft Instalment Policy (within the Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule Annex 2)
