That the cabinet member for economy, leisure and property approves the Vale Council entering into an ICC Infrastructure Conditions of Contract Measurement Version, August 2011 with Swimboard Ltd trading as Miletree Construction, Milton Keynes, for both the refurbishment of the existing car park and construction of additional parking provision at the White Horse Leisure and Tennis Centre (WHLTC), Abingdon.
