14/03/2013 - To approve the power to enable the council to use private sector rented properties to satisfy a duty under homelessness legislation

To approve the adoption of the power contained in part 7 of the Localism Act that allows housing authorities to discharge their duties towards accepted homeless applicants by making a suitable offer of accommodation in the private rented sector.
