From 1 January 2010, to increase charges to customers of the brown bin service who choose not to pay their renewal by Direct Debit to £39.50 per annum. Those who renew by Direct Debit will continue to be charged £34.50 per annum. This decision covers the financial year 2009/10. The charges for 2010/11 will be determined as part of the budget setting process and will be subject to the approval of full council.
