Appointments to Meetings

A Membership of Meetings Booklet to be circulated at the meeting refers.

Recommendations

(a) that all previous meetings shall now cease to operate forthwith;

(b) that Members, Substitutes, Chairs and Vice-Chairs (as indicated) be appointed to the following meetings for the 2008/09 Municipal Year with the Terms of Reference as set out in the Membership of Meetings Booklet circulated at the meeting: -
