Decision details

In response to the Executive's request on 13 July 2007 that the following should be kept informed as far as possible on the future of the Old Gaol, Abingdon:

(a)        The Strategic Director and Chief Finance Officer, acting on the Chief Executive's behalf:

1.                    held meetings on 31 July and 1 August 2007 with the successful bidders for Stage 2;

2.                    met with Abingdon Town Council on 30 July 2007;

(b)        The Chief Executive met with the Community in the Old Gaol group on 17 July 2007 and wrote to all Members of the Council on 1 August 2007.
