Decision details

The Executive was asked to consider the appointment of representatives to Executive Outside Bodies, the details of which were set out in the'Representatives on Executive Outside Bodies 2008/09' pamphlet circulated at the meeting.

RESOLVED

(a)       that all previous appointments to Executive Outside Bodies, with the exception of those appointments with fixed terms of office shown in bold type, do now cease; and

(b)       that representatives be appointed to the Executive Outside Bodies for 2008/09 Municipal Year as set out in the 'Representatives on Executive Outside Bodies 2008/09' pamphlet circulated at the meeting.
