• Councillor Jenny Hannaby - Personal - In so far as she was a County Councillor for Wantage and Grove and was a also a member of the Planning Committee for the County Council. However, she explained that she had taken no part in any previous consideration of this matter.
• Councillor Jerry Patterson - Personal - In so far as he was a Member of the South East England Regional Assembly (SEERA) Regional Planning Committee (RPC) and he was also the Liberal Democrat consultee on major planning applications, of which this was one. However, he explained that he had declined to take part in any consideration of this particular application.
