Decision:
To approve the grants policy and eligibility criteria to distribute the Local Authority Emergency Assistance Grant for Food and other essential supplies as outlined in full in Appendix C and to delegate the authority to award grants to the Acting Deputy Chief Executive – Transformation and Operations jointly with the Head of Finance.
