Decision:

To;

  1. Accept the majority of the modifications recommended by the Independent Examiner;
  2. To retain Policy BU1 as modified by the council;
  3. To correct the boundary of Local Green Space Designation NC1: Lower Louie Memorial Field Copse and Fen, so that it relates solely to Parish Council owned land;
  4. To determine that the North Hinksey Neighbourhood Development Plan, as modified, meets the basic conditions, is compatible with the Convention rights, complies with the definition of a neighbourhood development plan (NDP) and the provisions that can be made by an NDP; and

5.    To take all appropriate actions to progress the North Hinksey Neighbourhood Development Plan to referendum.

To:

i)       carry out a review and potentially amend the Milton Park Local Development Order (LDO);

ii)     enter into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with MEPC Milton Park GP Ltd (MEPC), to record  arrangements for working in partnership to carry out the review.

iii)    delegate authority to the Acting Deputy Chief Executive  - Place to sign the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of Vale of White Horse District Council.

  1. To accept all modifications recommended by the Examiner;
  2. To determine that the Cumnor Neighbourhood Development Plan, as modified, meets the basic conditions, is compatible with the Convention rights, complies with the definition of a neighbourhood development plan (NDP) and the provisions that can be made by a NDP; and
  3. To take all appropriate actions to progress the Cumnor Neighbourhood Development Plan to referendum.
