To act as the chief executive’s nominated deputy, with full authority to act in the chief executive’s absence.

MASTERPLANNING

To act as the council’s lead on masterplanning.

ServiceS oversight

3.1

To have an oversight and overall responsibility for all functions delegated to the head of development and corporate landlord, the head of housing and environment, and the head of planning.

SAFEGUARDING

4.1

In the absence of the deputy chief executive – transformation and operations, to make reports of safeguarding concerns in accordance with the council’s safeguarding policy.
