2.	2014 leisure management contract Purpose: to consider, ask questions and discuss proposals in order for each Cabinet to separately approve the principle of a joint contract between South Oxfordshire District Council and Vale of White Horse District Council to manage leisure facilities in the two districts and to approve the procurement process. Councillors can agree recommendations/suggestions to make at each subsequent Cabinet meeting but no formal motions, voting or decisions will be made during this informal meeting. Note: The report is attached to the agenda for the subsequent meeting of each relevant Cabinet.
