Decision:

  1. To agree for officers to continue to work with Oxfordshire County Council and other district council partners on the implementation of local electric vehicle infrastructure (LEVI project).

 

  1. To delegate to the Head of Development and Corporate Landlord in consultation with Head of Legal and Democratic Services, to agree for the council to take part in the procurement, led by Oxfordshire County Council, including the evaluation of bids and selection of a charge point operator (CPO) and takes into consideration the risks as outlined below in this record.

 

  1. To delegate to the Head of Development and Corporate Landlord in consultation with Head of Legal and Democratic Services and the Head of Finance to enter into a collaboration agreement with OCC who will provide funding directly to the CPO.

 

  1. To delegate to the Head of Development and Corporate Landlord in consultation with Head of Legal and Democratic Services to select and award the contract for the council and agree, finalise, and sign all legal contractual agreements, leases and licences with a CPO to install and manage electric vehicle charge points in the Vale of White Horse district area.
